Civil Engineering with 5 years experience. To be able to manage several
projects at the same time. Be able to plan and coordinate all projects.
Should have experience with major building projects, HOSPITAL, Hotel,
Gov. projects, high rise buildings etc., Knowledge of Fidic condition of
contract would be an advantage.
Qualifications Required:
- Have worked for Contracting Companies
- Have minimum 5 years of Experience in buildings (HOSPITALS projects)
- Should be able to read and review design specification and technical drawings, prepare shop drawings
- Should be able to develop applications of controls, instruments
and systems for new commercial, domestic and industrial usage
- Should have experience in sourcing and procurement of materials
- Should have Excellent command of the English language
